Jessica Dumais is the owner of Florida Wisdom Home Inspection. She is a Florida licensed home inspector who speaks English and French. She offers home inspection services in Martin County, Palm Beach County, and Broward County.
This young motivated entrepreneur moved from Quebec, Canada to Florida in 2015 to complete her management degree. With her strong passion for construction, renovation, and property management, she then studied to become a house inspector while completing countless hours of training in the field. In 2022, Jessica opened her home inspection company to help first time home buyers and out of state home buyers. Her focus is assisting and advising house buyers and home owners before, during, and after the home inspection.
Jessica is committed to protect homebuyers by assuring that the prospective property is insurable “as is” and without major unknown defects that could affect its value. Her goal is to guide her clients by providing strong negotiation tactics based on the faulty systems found during the house inspection.

I did a wind mit inspection with Jessica. Very professional. Showed up 2 minutes early, went through the process, asked a few questions, and we went through the report. She then sent the full report a few hours later. Very solid. Definitely will recommend.
